They already own the Land and you can buy a used Container for around $3,000. Is Tony Soprano the Contractor?

I just had a brand new 10x12 Tuff Shed with 2 windows put in. It’s pretty and would make a nice tiny home. My handyman is going to run electricity to it. I’ve spent $4800. If I wanted to add a kitchenette and a marine porta party plus insulation, etc I could probably up it another $6-700. My 2000 sq ft house is not even worth $600k. Sheesh!
