Dems are growing desperate to change the narrative that they are not doing anything to end the shutdown. IOW, they blinked. Not a full agreement to fund the wall, but a blink none the less.

They might be desperate, but they’re not VERY desperate. Vacationing in Hawaii, boogieing on the beach in Puerto Rico, and this upcoming overseas “excursion”, while secretaries, janitors, and other little people aren’t getting paid. Talk about tone deaf.
