That’s just it - there WAS collusion. The Clinton campaign colluded with the Russians against Trump. Rudy is saying that, yes, there was collusion but it was on the part of the Clinton campaign AGAINST Trump.
Rudy has argued that you can’t collude because there’s no definition for it.
