I honestly did NOT want him to speak in front of Congress, I was dreading it actually, can you imagine, him speaking to a bunch of people who HATE his guts..probably would boo him and turn their backs to him it would have been a circus..Instead, have him speak in the Oval Office, with angel moms and dads, and give a primetime address..I think Nancy Pelosi did President Trump a HUGE favor here

I think it is a valuable lesson to the squishy middle to see the donkeys actually behaving like what they are... 9 year old girls that just had their cell phones taken away. When they cross dress as responsible adults, they can fool a lot of people. A SOTU like you described would be just as instructive as Senator Wellstone’s funeral.
