RightSide News, also. Nothing says that POTUS can’t arrange a broadcast from wherever.An Internet feed is all he needs. If YouTubers can manage that, POTUS can, too.
As for security: I think whatever Blackwater now calls itself could handle the job, along side a contingent of US Marines.
When it comes to spectacle, Donald Trump has the savvy and the wherewithal. He will turn this around on them and set a precedent. Nancy & Chuck can make their own arrangements and then we can all compare the ratings.
