Oddly enough in the illicit drug trade, killing some customers is not necessarily a bad thing. It lets others know you have the “good stuff.” Just don’t kill too many.

Interesting point. One of the reasons they started to use fentanyl and carfentanil laced product is because thereafter non-laced product doesn’t cut it for that user. They have to go back to the people that have the laced product if they want the same effect they had. There’s a lot of users that get Narcan injections regularly because they either OD or are unresponsive so often. They hate it because it basically puts them into immediate withdrawal.
