So... even though adding the question is Constitutionally allowed, the Imperial Judge didn’t like the cavalier way in which the question was added.
These Imperial black-robed usurpers need to be told, “Thank you for your ‘opinion.’ However, it is only an opinion, and the practice will continue.”
Ask yourself when there is such an intense interest in the question of citizenship and non citizenship and immigration, how can it be arbitrary and cavalier to have added a question which goes directly to that burning issue? The non lawyers here may not know how high a standard it is to prove that the government has been arbitrary and capricious. All the government has to do is show any reasonable justification. The judge’s ruling is an absolute outrage.
One way to fight it is to go back and look at the circumstances under which the question was dropped.
I bet that wasn't done properly either, at the time, so the only right thing to do is to restore the question.
