Most people will never read them. That is why Trump should have used the bully pulpit to release and summarize them during an address to the nation from the White House (which is what he did in his Wall speech). That is the only way most people will become aware of the treasonous acts committed against the country.
Trump should also have used the occasion to clean house at the FBI and DOJ and serve notice to the intelligence community that those who engage in the unauthorized use of intelligence tools will be held accountable. This was a golden opportunity to expose the cabal...and most importantly, the right thing to do. The truth shall set you free as they say.
I agree that the issue of fourth amendment violations, sedition, etc are extremely important. Although Hillary's hire, Steele, conspired with some Russians to produce some of the crap used for the FISA warrant, that is not "treason". What would be treason is if Strzok is a double agent (the jury is out) or something along those lines.
In short, there's the reset option which I believe is inevitable anyway in the long run. Or the reform option which may help postpone the need for a reset. The reform is not going to come from a Trump speech inspiring the LIVs. It can only come from brave politicians sticking their necks out to do the reform. Those don't exist in either party, for the most part.
