I live near Baltimore. In the immediate aftermath of the Freddie Gray Riots, they really notched it up and blamed Republicans for every single level of failure.
IIRC, the last time a Republican held any sort of elected position in Baltimore, many of the residents were overseas fighting the Nazi’s.
