That's why I believe that Trump should go all "Andrew Jackson" on the lower courts because their authority stems from being mere creatures of the co-equal Legislative Branch, and is nothing less than a usurpation of the power of constitutional Executive Authority. The only institution remotely entitled to trim Trump's sails is the US Supreme Court, period.

I’m not so sure the hatred hasn’t surpassed that for President Nixon. At least back then there were some rational Dems. Can’t think of one today. And the media with 24/7 cable news has gotten out of control, not even an attempt at objectivity on President Trump.

No, they are not! They simply keep pressuring/pressing all boundaries and crossing over the boundaries of the Constitution to see what sticks. Eventually, they find a corrupt court that sides with them. Even though it goes up to the Supremes, it wastes enormous amounts of time. Then they file another nonsensical action, and it wastes time. The number of legal actions filed under this corrupt government will skyrocket! And by corrupt, I include the cowardly GOPe.
