Your statement is contradictory.

Dreamers are illegals.

No, first they need to have no criminal record. Then, if they qualify and are selected, they can gain a "legalized" status by joining the military. Once "legalized" for military service and after they successfully complete their military service, then they would have the opportunity to apply for citizenship.

This applies only to dreamers, and only a narrow minority would qualify. This path would not be an easy pass through. We should probably add a requirement for a citizen guardian/sponsor also.
