It’s political nonsense. They will say things Trump did had the effect of helping Russia. I could write a book on how Hillary “helped” Russia and how Trump stabilized our position against Russia.
Example: which is worse, Trump joking that Russia might have her emails, or Hillary using an illegal server so the Russians certainly hacked her? Hell, Wiener’s 16 year old girlfriends probably hacked for Russia and China.
