Remember, Maduro is best friends with Erdogan the Islamist Dictator of Turkey. Birds of a Feather? Both dictators, both depend on oil to float their boat. Both countries are having a drop in value of their currency on world markets. Both want to use a crypto currency to bypass the market systems.

I'm proud that Bolton declares U.S. support of the Venezuelan National Assembly. And supports the declaration by Juan Guaido that Maduro does not legitimately hold the Venezuelan Presidency.

My favorite Erdogan quote, “Democracy is a bus you ride to the stop you want and then get off.”

... and declare that Maduro does not legitimately hold the country’s presidency.

I don't know. What's Jimmah Carter say.

Ocasio-Cortez is Maduro’s daughter. Her mamma liked to ride the bus. “You proud of me now Daddy?”

The United States does not recognize Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro’s illegitimate claim to power. His “election” in May 2018 was viewed internationally as not free, fair or credible... Maduro does not legitimately hold the country’s presidency.

Amen.

One good thing about Chavez is the way he exposed Jimmy Carter for the corrupt phony he really was.

We have too many refugees, illegals, VISA overstays, anchor babies, diversity VISA lottery vagrants, and related vermin.

I have no sympathy for the leeches in Venezuela. Find your own Pedro Jefferson, Tito Adams, and Juan Trump.

Want to stop criminal illegal immigration from South America? All these tinpot despot dictators need to be overthrown so the economies of South America can thrive.

I saw no mention of immigration in Bolton’s statement.

I certainly never mentioned it in my comment.

There is nothing good about Maduro. He is a lying Commie Dictator who reduced citizens into eating zoo animals and street cats and dog to survive.

Interesting, this is roughly how Allende went down in Chile.

Jimmy never had an opinion that meant anything. Or that anyone listened to.

Yes, that was said for internal Turkey consumption. and was one of the few truthful thoughts he ever expressed.

I read something about Iran building 2 missile launch sites in Venezuela this year - if that is true .... so long Maduro, there is going to a predator drone with your name on it.

Yes, it is time for that Commie Dictator to exit stage left.

By himself or with help.

I know very well. There was nothing good about Chavez either, he destroyed a relatively prosperous country and Maduro has brought the utter criminality into the open. I knew people who were forced to leave Venezuela who still defended Chavez as having meant well... no one defends Maduro. I believe he has finally opened their eyes.

My fear, though, is that despite everything, after everything they have been through... the day a new Chavez comes on the scene they will choose him again.

For me, Chavez/Maduro reveal to anyone paying attention just how lucky Peru was to have a Fujimori, and how utterly fortunate Chile was to have a Pinochet. Venezuela shows us what those two men saved their countries from.

Yes, then you shoot the driver and steal the tires...

Funny, you’d think Jimma Cartah would have an opinion
on Mr.Maduro.

I hear you, but every time there was a problem in Latin America over the last 50 years we wound up taking in hundreds of thousands of new “migrants”.

Thank you.

I used to think Carter a good man with really bad national policy. But over time, it became obvious he was too helpful to too many odious dictators for him to be considered a good man.
