Only if you add a bunch of oxygen to the mix.

Blew the sides out of a 55 gal burn barrel one time. Propane and oxygen mixed into a heavy duty trash bag and chucked it into the burn barrel.
Too bad someone can’t dig a tunnel from the Mexican side to under a lake. Dig it out 80% with signs in spanish pointing up that say dig here.
Start the tunnel from just north of Mexico City. A tunnel that long would hold a lot of drug smugglers.
