I don’t want to be negative, but how can private 501 C do that?

You disappoint me, my FRiend. How could you forget the KELO DECISION? Now land can be grabbed by government and given to private entities "in the public interest".

Hoisting Libs on their own petard is such fun!

I’d forgot about that one. Remembered about the 2006 $50 Billion GWB signed into law. Sheriff David Clarke, Tom Trancredo, Brigadier General Dr. Robert S. Spalding III
many more. You have to read what has been posted on the new site to understand what is happening.

I’ve already OK’d my donation 3 $25.00 ones to be transferred to this new formation. SR Airman Kolfage has been open about what he is doing. Has reputable people backing him like Sheriff Clarke. That man is no one’s fool. How long do you think it will go unnoticed by President Trump, with these names knowing about it?

If the President would have Brian Kolfage to the WH tout his efforts, think what it would do to Shame Botox and Chuckles?

The following individuals serve on the on the advisory board, and construction, finance, and or audit committees, operations, administration, PR, Media and ongoing fundraising:

Brigadier General Dr. Robert S. Spalding III
Industrialist John Daniel Moran, Jr.
Ex-Navy SEAL and businessman Erik Prince,
Former Secretary of State of Kansas Kris Kobach,
Angel Mom Mary Ann Mendoza
Law enforcement and immigration expert Sheriff David Clarke
Fox news contributor and border security expert Sara A. Carter
Former Colorado Congressman and presidential candidate Tom Tancredo
Angel Dad Steve Ronnebeck
Media consultant and journalist Jennifer Lawrence
and many others

he Kelo decision was not eminent domain in the fact that the land taken was to be sold/given to a drug company that wanted to build on those premises...IIRC—it was Pfizer.

BUYING land from property owners to get space to build the wall is entirely different. NO private company is going to be building there. The was is a BARRIER to keep invading illegals out of this country.

Many ranchers have been threatened or killed. Cattle have been killed—in a number of ways.

Windmills & stock water tanks have been sabotaged. NO rancher should have to live or try to run their business under such constant threats.

If someone wants to hold up the WALL on their property-—someone has to explain to them in small words that such an action will only delay the inevitable, and during the argument, the illegal invaders will be FUNNELED onto their ranch. Now a very smart move, IMO.
