I really don’t see her working. By letting her work at home, she gets to avoid coming to work.
I would grant her, the usual and customary convalescence of 6 weeks, and then expect her back to work. I would not even demand that she review cases during those 6 weeks.
After six weeks, she should be required to return to the bench to hear cases.
Return to work? Why? She doesn't need to hear arguments, read briefs, or converse with the other Justices. Has her vote ever been in question on anything? Has she ever deviated an inch from the leftist party line on any significant issue? Has she ever surprised court observers with an unexpected opinion?
