When Kilmeade starts calling for withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan because Congress never declared war, I’ll start believing his concern about the president supposedly misusing the emergency mechanism to protect our border.
That is a non sequitur....in more than one way.
As an aside, read up on what the Founders thought a Declaration of War was for.
