IIRC, Tommy Kirk was fired after being found with another young man in a pool on the Disney lot. I yearn for the more sensible times of the early Disney movies. James MacArthur, Hayley Mills........such innocence.
Hayley Mills was among the first former Disney actresses to try to shake her goody image by appearing naked onscreen in another studio’s production.

Had to look it up. I knew nothing about him but recognized the name and saw some of the films 45 years ago.
