I thin Graham finally saw the light, now that McCain is not pulling his strings.
The primary Graham motivation is probably because he is up for re-election in 2020. The other thing to consider is the past RINO fog in his head might have indeed cleared enough to realize that that this Trump thing is real & I am out of touch with the GOP base. Only time will tell!
