Only chance for a challenge would be for the relevant election official or board to refuse to put her on a primary ballot.
If she were to get the nomination, she would almost certainly not face serious challenge. It would be considered purely political question at that point, to be resolved by voters.

Kamala Harris is a great “twofer” double token, against which any attacks may be deflected as either “racism” or “sexism”. That she shows little inclination to behave in an honorable and civilized manner is considered to be just a bonus.
