Looks like its designed to take out carrier groups, or naval bases—A floating one ship Pearl Harbor.

I would hope our surveillance capacity would identify this ship prior to getting into their range. But that’s what they said about Pearl. This ship is not designed to do much in the way of an active all out attack of anything if the button is pushed and a thousand ICBM’s are streaking in.

For us to hit Moscow with our devices would take about 30 minutes of flight time if fired from New York. So you can easily figure about the same time the other way. Maybe a little longer due to earth rotation.

But we probably won’t be firing from the lower forty-eight in the initial as we would be launching from subs in their immediate area so you can bet less than fifteen minutes due to their location and trajectory. And the Russians have subs off our coasts also.

If Korea joined them and fired from their soil it would take approximately 47 minutes to hit LA using the Hwasong-14 and Hwasong-15 missile systems according to a recent article I got off Business Insider. Let’s face it, they are the wild card in this game but they have limited sub launch capacity. So they will be joining the party late.
