This is an anti-ship platform with a secondary anti-sub role.
It isn’t a strategic bombardment asset like Trident sub.
If you read my entry, I am over it. I know there isn’t a thing these new ships can produce that will make any difference. That die is already set with Russia and the US already maintaining enough nuclear weapons to take the planet out by themselves whether the first blast of life versus the next few years of a lack of ability to grow food. Take your pick, die in the blast, die of radiation poisoning in the aftermath, or starve to death in time. And like I said, writing an article like this serves no purpose at all. In the long run, it means nothing.
