I thought that the North Vietnamese already put up a statue honoring the canary. For some reason no one seems to bother it there. The mural could be a huge generator of tourist visits... Who wouldn't want to deface a mural honoring McLame? They should plan to have a concession stand to sell cans of water based spray paint that can be washed off every night.
The owner of the parking lot can put up a large canopy over that row of parking spaces. Contract parkers would be happy to pay a little more to get their car under cover.

Depends on the mural. Reagan ? Absolutely. One depicting a treasonous, warmongering scumbag who threw an election deliberately for Zero ? Hell, no.
