You missed my point entirely....
If Trump folds on the Wall, he IS done politically. He will have welched on the main theme of his campaign in 2016. Just as Bush Sr. welched on his “No new taxes” promise, it finished him politically as well.
While Supreme court justices, tax policy, etc are part of his overall campaign promises...if he folds on the Wall he’s toast. Many of those who voted for him, won’t do so again.
If you don’t see that as a reality, you should toss yourself off said cliff.
