There is not ONE GOOD THING that occurs for Ruthie being above room temperature for yet another day. We need to change some things about the tenure of the SCOTUS Justices, at least to the point where they can’t prop up a half dead corpse like Ginsburg.
That’s because Leftists deny the existence of God.
They cannot accept that life on this planet is finite, nor that there is one beyond it.
If they gave up the rest of their Lives she could live forever.

I understand there are plans to keep her severed head alive. N.I.C.E. says it has the technology and that RGB can indefinitely continue her designated role in the destruction of the Republic.
This was my questions when it appeared that McCain’s illness took his health but more importantly took his cognitive functions, and it’s my question now. I’m not taking a side on this but I think it needs to be answered and applied evenly regardless of party or of the office;
When a representative (or appointee) has irreversibly lost their own personal ability to function in their office, but have not (yet) deceased, should subordinates and substitutes be permitted to function in their place, if that is their wish?
Moreover, how would we know it is their wish to have others serve in their stead, and how would we (or they) be able to validate that those serving in their place are doing so as capably and in the spirit of the way that the representative or appointee would.
Again, I’m not coming down on a side on this, but I am going to add on jab, and that is I believe people would be treating the question about a SCJ capacity to serve if the perception of their politics were on the other side.

She believes/claims that she can read the text and be able to make an opinion. As long as Roberts doesn’t say ‘no’, it’ll continue. My take, based on treatment and age, it’s taking a lot of energy out of her. She might be able to focus for three or four hours a day. She might be able to drag this out or an entire year. What she should have done...in Obama’s last year, was retire, but Mitch and the GOP held the edge in the Senate from that point on. Now, it’s basically a bigger mess for the Democrats.
If she should retire then Trump does not have to rush to replace her. The SCOTUS would just be more conservative until he did finally replace her.
If no pubbie gets in her home, they could keep this charade on going for 6 more years, and hope the next President is a demonRAT.
