I live in this idiotic town, which is in WA, in Snohomish County, the most corrupt county in the state.
Of course the coroner’s office is going to definitively determine whether the booted foot is actually human. We’ve had an outbreak of hairless booted ManBearPigs in the area, so the fact that the foot had a boot on it will take months for that team of monkeys to untangle the truth.
Snohomish County is the source of all stupid in the free world.
Just move one county north. So much better up here.

I'd say Clark County is in competition for that title.
