As a recovering Never Trumper, Levin should know.
I don't hold it against Levin that he was a never-Trumper pre-election (though I wasn't happy with him at the time). How conservative Trump would actually be was an unknown. But once Levin saw Trump upholding conservative ideals - and actually implementing them - Levin got on board. I voted for Trump (and made calls for him at a Republican call center), but I was mostly trying to keep the presidency out of Hillary's clutches. I was hopeful that Trump would follow through with his campaign promises, but I wasn't sure that he would. Trump is 100 times better than I thought he would be. He's a true leader.
Grow up. He, like millions of others, backed someone else in the primaries. Including me.
Once Trump won the nomination he, and me, where on board. Unlike McCain and Romney whom I didn’t vote for.
