It was bad but not as much as it appears on the surface. He thanked Satan facetiously for helping him learn about Cheney. He was basically calling Cheney demonic. Not much worse than the typical liberal insults, e.g. racist, fascist, sexist.

Bingo. I just saw the movie and from a conservative standpoint it barely depicted anything objectionable. It only looks like an evil portrayal to confirmed liberals who think that every conservative policy was equivalent to the 3rd Reich. I liked the movie and except for a few obvious liberal inaccuracies it portrayed Cheney as brilliant and sincere. They just don’t know that because they think everything a conservative ever did is evil.
