Let it go insolvent. Perhaps it can be piecemealed to the highest bidder and perhaps the new owners can deliver cheaper energy without killing people and destroying the local fauna and wildlife.

Perhaps they should just shut down the grid, since they own it and let the idiots that sue, go without power.

If the reason for the bankruptcy is due to California regulations, then another utility will only produce the same results.
