Um really? I live here in Torrance. Pretty expensive area for gangs. Yes we live next to a lot of rif/raf cities. The Torrance PO area, actually LA City, is where the trouble for Torrance is. The undesirable do come into our town but they usually get caught. Torrance PD is pretty good. Well except for when they “helped” the Newspaper delivery ladies and surfer a few years ago. Whoops!
People go to that bowling alley from adjacent areas. Normally it is a family friendly place. IMHO, this was started by gang mutants..

I have visited Walmart in Harbor Gateway area many times...
Newspaper delivery ladies and surfer...You are referring to Chris Dorner case in 2013...Actally, LAPD officers shot at those ladies...Torrance officers shot at that surfer...Remember, Dorner was a former LAPD officer who was on a mission of revenge...
