Wouldn’t be the first supply sergeant to get caught with his fingers in the cookie jar. Sort of makes you wonder about how he got to his present life, however.
Maybe he's an international jewel thief. Or he just wanted to get out of town for a while until some heat blew over. Guessed wrong. :^)
