All it does is enumerate the source and limits of govt
Power is derived from inalienable rights granted by a higher power than man which therefore govt can protect but not remove

I find the constitution sacrosanct. By getting Marxists (atheists) to swear on a Bible that they think is a joke, denigrates that Bible.
