Stupid. I’ve said this before, but 51% now don’t pay any Federal income tax while the top 10% already foot 72% of total tax receipts. Go to a flat tax of 17% that EVERYONE pays, no deductions. If you did, you wouldn’t have a deficit problem. As to you 51% freeloaders, to me, you shouldn’t even be voting in Federal elections. After all, no skin in the game, why should you?

Citizens of Puerto Rico do not pay Federal income tax, so they do not get to vote in Federal elections.

It seems that “no taxation without representation” also means “no representation without taxation”

It’s already being done, it’s legal, take it nation-wide. Net contributors can vote, net takers cannot.
