The Syrian was sentenced to 20 months in prison, the sentence was suspended, the probation period is three years. In addition, the “man” is not allowed to treat female patients for four years.

Until a couple years ago, I'd fervently believed the Germans, being who they are, would rise up and say "ENOUGH," but it appears there isn't enough testosterone left in that country to do so. They all seem to meekly resign themselves to their fate.
