Patriots, regarding alleged ballot box stuffing by Democrats in 2018 midterm elections for example, we urgently need to find a way to direct Pres. Trump's attention to the following material, particularly where undocumented Democrats are concerned.
The material shows that the Founding States had given government power to give people the power to vote for federal elected offices only to the federal government, not the state governments, only citizens defined under the Constitution, not today's undocumented Democrats for example, having the power to vote.
More specifically, the congressional record shows that post-Civil War federal lawmakers had indicated that the Constitution's "uniform Rule of Naturalization" clause, Article I, Section 8, Clause 4, was intended in part to prohibit the states from giving the power to vote to noncitizens.
In fact, much of the material in the left column of the page referenced below shows arguments from a previous generation of jurists and statesmen who used nothing more than common sense to explain that one possible major problem with giving noncitizens the power to vote is to attempt to overthrow the federal government. Here are some excerpts from that page.
Note that the first excerpt indicates that any states that give undocumented Democrats (my words) the power to vote effectively nullifies the "uniform Rule of Naturalization" clause. (Doing so is treason imo.)
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;"
" If the States can admit to the elective franchise those who are not citizens, thereby neutralizing the votes of citizens, not only the Federal power of naturalization becomes a nullity, but * * * * "a minority of citizens by the aid of aliens may control the government of the States, and through the States the government of the Union [emphasis added]." Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. (See near middle of 1st column.)
" Whatever difference there may be as to what other right appertain to a citizen, all must agree that he has the right to petition and also to claim the Protection of the Government. These belong to him as a member the body politic, and the possession of them is what separates citizens of the lowest condition from aliens and slaves. To suppose that a State can make an alien a citizen or confer on him the right of voting would involve the absurdity of giving him the direct and immediate control of the action of the General Government [emphasis added], from which he can claim no protection and to which he has no right to present a petition." Consider that the arguments about citizens' voting rights probably helped to inspire Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, another voting rights-related constitutional clause that Trump needs to work with the states to enforce for 2020 elections.
14th Amendment, Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens [emphasis added] twenty-one years of age in such State."
Patriots, please consider that the constitutionally limited power federal government should be run only by Constitution-savvy patriots, not Democrats or RINOs, patriots who will actually do their duty to protect and defend the Constitution.
The states can be run by RINOs or Democrats under the following conditions. Patriots need to elect a patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will do its duty to enforce the fed's constitutional obligation not only to insure a republican form of government for each state, but also to exercise Congress's power to make penal laws to discourage activist state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated rights, especially 1st Amendment-protected freedom of religious expression and free speech.
"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."
From the 14th Amendment:
"Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
Once we have a patriot Congress that will do its job to protect constitutionally enumerated rights from abridgment by state actors, then Republican or Democratic-run states can do the following. They can close down unconstitutional federal domestic social spending programs and individually experiment with their own social programs as the Founding States had intended for the states, not the feds, to do, state programs ultimately decided by what legal majority voters of a given state want.

Once vote harvesting begins in New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, etc., we will forever loose control of all three branches of government. I expect vote harvesting to be a big deal in purple states in the 2020 election. We will loose the House, Senate, and President. No one seems to understand or care what a threat to our constitition this is.
