Kathy Griffin revealed on Monday that she had pitched a telecast hosted by herself and Stormy Daniels that was rejected by every network
Griffin also shared some details about her contract for hosting CNN's New Year's Eve telecast with Anderson Cooper
'The 8th year when I asked Jeff Zucker for a raise, he was so angry he docked me 30%' said Griffin
She also said that she did not 'even think to ask for a salary' during her first two years hosting the program
She said that by her tenth year she was receiving a salary of $150,000 and that she hoped Leslie Jones was making the same at NBC
Kathy Griffin revealed on Monday that she attempted to get herself back on the airwaves this New Year's Eve with a new co-host.
The comedian said on Twitter that she had pitched 'New Year’s Eve live with Kathy Griffin and Stormy Daniels' but 'all of the Hollywood check signers were too scared' to greenlight the telecast.
Griffin, 58, and Daniels, 39, became friends after meeting for the first time earlier this year.
The porn star attended Griffin's show in Boston this past June, and the two women later posed for a photo that was posted on Twitter.
'@StormyDaniels it was an honor to have you at my Boston show tonight. I support you 100%! #F***Trump,' wrote Griffin.

That is a very good, apt comparison. I saw her live. She is actually intelligent but really, really cold hearted and mean. She gives off such a negative vibe.
Stormy was just showing that she was number one of the “movie stars” to take it into her head to make big money.
Kathy was just showing the number a times a blind person thought she wasn’t ugly.
More than likely, the main reason the networks rejected the idea, is that Daniels would have to actually talk during the program. That would portray a completely different image of her than the manufactured image.
