She has a good issue with the banks, but she's angry, deluded, and all over the place on everything else.

The system of allowing anyone other than Congress to emit bills of credit (i.e., colleges and credit card banks issuing unsecured debt) is collapsing right before our eyes, and somebody other than Elizabeth Warren might very well make that a winning issue.
