No one alive today ever owned slaves, and no one alive today ever was a slave (in the US), so the whole question is a non-starter.
Reparations in full. Which means return them to their home continent

How about an announcement that anyone who wants a free check just signup for it and head on down to Fl or New Orleans. Not only will you get a check but a free 10 days all you can eat cruise on the newest modern ocean liners.
After 10 days they get off in their homeland of Africa with a check for 50 bucks. Good luck and good riddance. For all the freeloading whites and hispanics that sign up, enjoy being part of the multicultural experience in Africa.
