This kind of vehicular homicide has been happening in Florida for years. Law enforcement simply states the driver of the vehicle which hit the victim is not being charged. The driver is always an Hispanic. In 1999 one of them rear- ended my wife while she was stopped for a red light in Tampa. The Sheriff’s deputy didn’t even ask the Hispanic male who hit her to remove his sunglasses so the deputy could check his eyes for possible signs of drug use. He was just let go from the scene of the accident. My wife incurred serious knee damage from her leg hitting the dashboard. The Hispanic male who hit her was driving around thirty miles per hour when he hit. My wife was in a late model Volvo which is what saved her. I truly hate these stinking rotten people. She got a settlement years later but the damage to her knee will never be repaired.
For most people their loved ones are gone. You’re fortunate, all things considered.
Life isn’t fair. Simply taking it into account is what makes life bearable.
Unfortunately, illegals are expected in Florida. But, not in my beloved adopted home of Knoxville.
They were one of the long list of reasons we fled SoCal in 2015.
