Julia Hainsley complained: “More now than ever, these families are going to these remote areas because it’s harder and harder to get in the legal way, They’re having to wait weeks and months in some cases.”

Dimwit Julia fails to comprehend that if a person wants to immigrate to the USA, they must first apply while still residing in their home country.

Dimwit Julia apparently has never traveled in the world. For example, try getting into India without first obtaining a visa.

USA citizens are not allowed into many countries without first getting a visa.

It took one year to get a visa to legally work in Japan. I was required to remain in Seattle during the process. Then, while working in Japan, I had to renew the visa annually.

The renewal process was easy. I went to a local government office, filed some papers that my Japanese sponsors, my Japanese company, were responsible for me. Then pay 100bucks or so.

If I ever failed to renew on time, I would’ve been deported. Being illegal in Japan wasn’t tolerated. The Japanese always sent some government officials by my office twice a year to check up on me.

Basically, if I followed the rules and nose clean, life in Japan was great. I worked eight years there.

Like Trump says, if you don’t have immigration control, you don’t have a country.
