Bacerra was NOT eligible for the office Brown appointed him to in the first place.

California Constitution clearly states that AG in California MUST have an active law license for at least 5 years prior to appointment.

Bracerra had not had an active license for over 25 years.

Now- he is doing a serious over reach with these comments.

P G & E DID NOT CAUSE the fire.

WIND caused the fire, broke tree branches in forests that needed serious thinning, and arced between lines.
