This representative should be charged with conspiring to commit murder!
While charging Deleon with “aiding and abetting” a murder is a nice thought, it couldn’t be make de post facto to cover him.
However, just IMAGINE what a Recall or Initiative Ballot would look like for sane Californians who want to make it a crime to “aid and abet” illegals who “RETURN” to the US after being deported, esp. if they commit any major felony.
Make the politicians “accomplices” to the illegals’ criminal actions (because, if they weren’t here, they wouldn’t be breaking any laws and nobody would be killed or wounded).
Logic, as Mr. Spock would say.
MAKE THE DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS ‘ACCOMPLICES’, even if it is only by a ballot initiative. Make them the “target” if the concept of “aiding and abetting” illegal aliens/criminals.
Paint them with the brush of “guilt and stupidity”. Campaign against them for their “accomplice” actions re illegal aliens.
Give them no rest. Give them no respect. Give them Hell, 24/7.
