Folks can complain about Congress all they want, but it’s the DOJ which is supposedly under the control of the Executive Branch that hasn’t done it’s job.

If Trump had support from GOP congresscritters he would have a better chance of cleaning up the DOJ etc. How many GOP senators said they wouldn't confirm a replacement if he fired RR?
BINGO! Finally someone else around here that actually knows the constitutional roles of each branch rather than fan girl idol worshippers! But noooooo, to come down on DOJ is to split from the President so we can’t have that now can we? Noooo we must take our little frustrations on the easier target which is Congress well because we can’t ridicule a feckless DOJ that’s supposed to be managed by this administration. We must hide behind terms such as “criminal referral” so that it seems Gowdy hasn’t done his job which is a ruse and a red herring.
Gowdy and Issa uncovered so damn much during their hearings (you know did their jobs actually) that I could get a Grand Jury to indict and I don’t even practice law. How about we change this thread around and place the responsibility where it belongs so here goes, “Mr President, are you going to actually lead and speak with your DOJ on convening a Grand Jury for indictments or tweet about it?”
Ohhhhh I think I’ve done it now. I know it will hurt some but when you cannot or refuse to face the truth it surely does hurt
Congress has oversight; they could have done plenty, had they wanted to do so.
