If one does not believe that statement, just watch one episode of Live PD. Most of those getting the attention of the coppers are dumb and or overcome by alcohol or other drugs. With half the population paying no income taxes, many on some sort of government dole DURING GOOD TIMES, think of what happens when the inevitable downturn comes. My advice, load up and be ready because counting on the government to help is not a good plan. In fact, the government may end up being your biggest problem.
