U.S. vs Wong Kim Ark in 1898 threw an enormous monkey wrench into the way citizenship could be rewarded to casual floaters here from foreign lands. Seems like there were just as many daft justices on the Supreme Court then as there are today.

Australia and New Zealand got it right. We most certainly did not and unless we amend the Constitution, we will continue to be overrun by illiterate trash. God help us!

The 14th had nothing to do with children born to foreign nationals, whether here legally or illegally. It was for newly freed stateless slaves. That’s it.

SCROTUS can’t make law, change the Constitution or make anyone a citizen(naturalization—sole authority of congress) This illegal alien birthright citizenship crap was made up out of thin air by our corrupt stasi state. It can be done away with by an executive order.

The fact that Trump has not rescinded it already is not a good sign.
