The NC race hasn’t been certified by the state Board of Elections, Jones’ victory was.

Without inconsistency, the Democrats would never be consistent. The same process - ballot harvesting - used by the Democrats in California to win seats that initially were won by Republicans, is now deemed to be a reason to refuse to seat the Republican winner from Carolina.
