Doesn't need funding. Should have militarized the border immediately and shut it down, then demanded funding for a wall, among other things.

Trump wants a pathway to citizenship or permanent residency for Dreamers. It's not necessarily a bad thing, I knew Trump wanted this long ago and I still support him. But I just think he's not playing hardball on this enough.
