If you carefully look for the "EMP Task Force on Homeland Security", you'll fine that it is nothing but a fake site made to look like a part of the US Department of Homeland Security, and has a "donate" button that just gives money directly to Dr. Peter Pry.
Don't fall for this. If they aren't in on it, then American Thinker got hoodwinked.
