The author apparently didn’t read the Supreme Court decision. They didn’t affirm the baker’s right. They nullified the charges due to proprietorial bias.
Yes, Will & Grace was just one of many sanitized fake pictures of decidedly unsanitary homosexual culture.
So, then the argument progresses to what prohibition of his religious beliefs ISN'T bias.
The Baker has The Right of Free Expression with the law. That includes the right NOT TO BE FORCED - as what Colorado is trying to do.

The character wouldn’t have had to be a villain of sorts, going about and infecting others. More to show what has become part and parcel of the lifestyle.
It would be like having a show based on lifelong cigarette smokers and none of them even coughing after 40 years, much less developing COPD.
I don’t think God’s going to firebomb Denver anytime soon, but in the end, right before Jesus comes back, EVERYBODY not saved will be plague with earthquakes, boils, famines, giant meteors, poisoned waters, locust-like critters that put them in pain for 5 months, etc.

That’s about the only time it’s addressed in the media - exposure via heterosexual contact - which is an exceedingly rare occurrence if the male is not “bi”, an IV drug user and-or a receiver of a blood transfusion.
Another SVU episode depicted a gay man who was murdering other, promiscuous gay men who were carelessly spreading an especially lethal strain of AIDS. Yet another had an AIDS-infected woman who murdered people who were carelessly spreading the virus.
