For a while now there has been a religious test for the Supreme Court. Only Catholics and Jews allowed. No Proddies need apply. (And be prepared to show that Ivy League credential).
Senators Mazie Hirono (D-HI) and Kamala Harris (D-CA) raised concerns about membership in the Knights of Columbus while Senate Judiciary Committee reviewed the candidacy of Brian C. Buescher, an Omaha-based lawyer nominated by President Trump to sit on the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.
Senators also asked whether belonging to the Catholic charitable organization could prevent judges from hearing cases fairly and impartially.

smells to me like the congress critters are laying the foundation for future nominations of sharia compliant judges from MB or other related “charitable organizations”
Do the Senators have a right to breathe American air?
The Democrat Party still enjoys a considerable degree of support from Catholics. The time has come to change this habit, why should a voter help elect someone who will persecute them and restrict the practice of their religion?
Don’t be shocked when the Catholic Church refuses to make a peep about this.
At one time there was something called a “Constitution” for the USA. It has in it something like the following words: “no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States”
But the dems don’t accept any Constitution other than the communist manifesto, and don’t care what it says.
If you are Catholic but a fake phoney fraud, like pelosi and the kennedys, they give you a free pass. But if you actually believe in all that, they don’t want you in public office!
This move - this ‘test’ - isn't just to deny Catholic believers - it's to filter out ALL people who ‘cling to guns or religion’...
Democrats are looking for "the sophistication" of nihilism - evil. It's one more piece of proof commie totalitarians are writing democrat playbooks.
